The selected candidate will focus on the accounting and administration works and his/her duties will include:

• (i) Making journals and slips for project accounting including obtaining correct evidences;
• (ii) Making invoices;
• (iii) Obtaining the permits, licenses and other authorization from the authorities; and
• (iv) Supporting the office operation (IT, facility, purchase of consumables etc.) and negotiating with suppliers and service providers such as IT companies and rent-a-car companies.  

Required Skills and Competencies: 

• Adjustability to Internatioanl working style, adherence to policy and rules and regulations, daily routine including punctuality, keeping and maintaining detailed and frequent communication line between the office in Tunisia and the Internatioan headquarter
• At least 3 years of accounting work,
• Basic knowledge of accounting and Tunisian tax
• Seeking advice from lawyers & accountants to support decision making,
• Fluent in English and French (both for speaking and business writing), and ability of translation (English ó French),
• Writing skill of business letters in French,
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills,
• Logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability,
• Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills,
• Ability for teamwork (collaboration),
• Good understanding of business, and
• Good IT skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Power Point (especially Excel skill is essential).
