Overview of Role:

Database/List Processor is responsible for retrieving, reviewing and configuring high volume promotional sample mail using instructions, processes and software while ensuring accuracy for 20 plus countries. 

What you will do:

1. Extract and transform data using MS Access per Marketing requirements and criteria for sample promotions in 20+ countries.
2. Perform data clean up using queries to ensure high quality and accuracy of data.
3. Assist the team in leveraging best practices and processes to deliver results to meet aggressive deadlines.
4. Prepare and sort data based on country specific postal regulations, procedures and software.
5. Track marketing promotions, requests and additional tasks
6. Communicate and follow up with global vendors and Marketing to meet deadlines.
7. Work closely with the Marketing and other departments to provide insights by identifying, interpreting archival data.

What we need from you:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with data processing including data manipulation and clean up.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Access or SQL 
• Must be able to write and understand queries.
• A Degree in Business Management and/or Computer Science or relevant work experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented for accuracy.
• Motivated and energetic at completing tasks.
• Critical thinking for process adaptability.
• Ability to manage time and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to work independently within a team.
• Able to communicate with all levels in the company.
• Inductive and deductive reasoning in a continually changing environment.
• Ability to communicate and interpret instructions from teams and vendors globally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Access VBA is a plus.
• Direct mail experience or customer service skill is a plus.
• Ability to learn and work with complex processes is a plus.

• Microsoft Office 365 – MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, SharePoint
• Basic SQL language skills
• Basic computer skills is necessary
