You will report to the local Head of Maintenance Department

Your main tasks are as follows:

- Supervise and train maintenance teams, team leaders and operators,

- Supervise the validation and commissioning installation of equipment and machines belonging to the investment projects that have been assigned

- Ensure compliance with medical standards and any other requirements necessary to control the safety health of workers and respect for the environment

- Stabilize and develop the knowledge of the maintenance team according to standard.

- Ensure compliance and good application of current standards and procedures

- Plan and manage preventive and curative maintenance interventions

- Ensure the proper functioning of the different units of the plant

- Ensure the control and the follow-up of the projects of continuous improvement of the machines and the equipment

- Manage the stock of spare parts and ensure its proper use.

-Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly :HVAC, Compressor , chiller, Boiler.

- Planning, budgeting, ad scheduling facility modifications, new equipment, including cost estimates, and inspecting construction and installation progress.

You have an engineering Diploma in electro-mechanic or related field from best Tunisian universities. You have proven experience from 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position within an industrial firm ideally in medical devices, pharmaceutical or automotive. You have an excellent command of French and English.

- You have good Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic issues.

- You have the ability to diagnose faults and to read technical documentation and technical drawing.

- You have good knowledge of pneumatics and the basics of hydraulics. You have the ability to program PLC controllers.

- You have a good command of the tools of continuous improvement (5S, QRQC, KANBAN ...).

- Ability to program PLC controllers.

- Basic skills in drafting and design technique methods with Autocad of building space allocation and layout, and facility expansion.

- Knowledge of fire, safety, energy and building systems with the requirement of ISO 14001, 45001 and ISO 50001.

- Excellent command of French and English
