Organize and manage a plant of 500 persons 

Study the technical files and participate in the definition of the manufacturing methods

Plan the production targets, investments and means (human beings, machines, etc.) in the short and medium term.
Set the daily goals by production’s line
Check the manufacturing process and the results with regard to the specifications.
Guarantee the costs, the deadlines and control the quality of the production.
Respect the quality and safety standards of the manufacturing process.
Analyze the monitoring indicators of the production 
Plan the necessary adjustments to reduce production cycles (reorganizations, change of working methods...) or to adapt to new orders (plant modification, reorganization of teams...).

Sensitize teams and control the respect of quality and safety rules.
Inform, lead and coordinate teams
Identifying, valuing and developing staff skills
Participate in the team training plan and recruitment with the HR service.
