Working Students - Software Development (m/f)-Tunis

You are looking for a position where you can learn a lot about software development and work on interesting projects? We are a company of highly motivated software engineers, and we are looking for equal motivated PFE Working Students to join our team in Tunis, who enjoy solving complex problems and implementing elegant solutions.

We build networks of household appliances via the cloud, help an automobile manufacturer with the daily use of electric vehicles, and develop a medical diagnostic assistant which improves patient quality of life. We use machine learning algorithms to map potholes on bicycle routes. Our customers come from a wide range of industries. As a result, we are constantly gaining new perspectives and bringing a variety of modern, high-tech solutions into everyday life.

As a Working Student at MaibornWolff you'll be supervised to finish your student's work (PFE) and get in touch with the professional Software Engineering area.

Technical requirements:

• Good knowledge in Data Structure and Algorithms.
• First practical experience in Java/J2EE development or in Spring framework.
• First practical experience with Maven or similar build tool.
• First practical experience with ORM (Hibernate) and SQL.
• Ideally first practical experience with DevOps Technologies and Cloud-Provider.
• A good sense for code quality, following/defining coding guidelines.
• Good knowledge of source control systems Git.

Your Profile : 

• You are in the process of completing your Master/ Diploma Thesis with good grades in computer science or information technology.
• You are good at elaborating technology areas and have an ability to position them within the scope of an overall project.
• You are able to effectively work as a member of a team as well as undertake challenges on your own.
• You participate in technical communities and share your knowledge with the Team.
• You have very good English skills.
