The  Labor Manager is responsible for management inside of the greenhouse, working along in the production and leading the employees assigned to him/her.

The position holder is responsible for checking and monitoring productive work  according to the planning, ensuring an efficient performance of the activities in which the quality is guaranteed, and cost objectives are met.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Preparing a weekly planning according to the information delivered  about expected kilograms
• Communicate the planning and work instructions to the supervisors and workers
• According to the planning calculate how many employees are needed. When it is a case of a shortage of employees, communicate the needs to the HR department.
• Ensuring that good quality is achieved
• Monitoring the standards of the work and make employees accountable for quality and speed
• Responsible for health, safety & hygiene and monitor activities according to the guidelines of the hygiene protocol
• Is responsible for achieving the set cost and kgs targets

• Diploma in Agriculture or related fields
