Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the assigned companies within the Group.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and perform regular reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper supporting documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and relevant authorities when required.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.
• Provide financial information and support to management as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Previous experience working with a group of companies is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of taxation and statutory requirements in the DRC.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness and availability to work on-site in Kinshasa, DRC.
