Almondata is currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives for a customer service activity.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer requests, providing accurate information and assistance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries by phone and other communication channels
• Providing professional and efficient assistance to customers
• Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Handling and following up on customer requests
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Following the company's quality and service standards

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented and professional attitude
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and standard office tools
• Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
