Extensive experience in biosecurity, including the development and implementation of biosecurity programs, disease prevention and control, risk assessment, and on-site monitoring of preventive measures across poultry farms.

2️⃣ Resident Veterinarian – Breeder Farm

Hands-on experience in managing breeder flocks, implementing health and vaccination programs, monitoring production performance, fertility, hatchability rates, egg quality, and key flock performance indicators.

3️⃣ Hatchery Manager

Proven experience in hatchery management and operations, including supervision of incubation and hatching processes, temperature, humidity, and ventilation control, team management, monitoring hatchability rates and chick quality, and implementing biosecurity measures.

4️⃣ Industrial Mechanic – Poultry Farms & Hatchery

Experience in the maintenance and operation of mechanical equipment and systems used in poultry farms and hatcheries, with the ability to diagnose equipment failures and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
