Requirements

• Engineering degree (Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction/infrastructure projects
• Strong project planning, execution, and coordination skills
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
• Strong knowledge of project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage
• French and English are preferred

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project from planning through completion
• Coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, and site activities
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and timelines
• Manage contractors and project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management
