The Role

We are seeking a Marketing & Growth Lead dedicated to the German-speaking market (DACH region). German B2B audiences and media partners hold high standards for clarity and professional tone. You will lead our marketing, content refinement, and outreach initiatives for the German market across our internal software solutions, lead-gen setups, and client work.

As our product portfolio and client base grow, you will have a clear path to hire and manage a team of copywriters and outreach reps underneath you.

Key Responsibilities

- German Content Refinement: Edit and adjust AI-assisted technical and marketing copy to ensure correct German business terminology (Fachsprache), flawless grammar, and natural flow.

- Outreach & Link Building:Conduct media outreach, partner pitches, and lead generation campaigns targeting German, Austrian, and Swiss (DACH) platforms.

- Pitch Personalization: Adapt outreach drafts to ensure high response rates from site owners, editors, and B2B prospects in the DACH region.

- Relationship Management:Manage direct communication, follow-ups, and negotiations with prospective clients and media partners.

- Team Scaling: Help recruit, onboard, and supervise junior marketing/outreach talent as campaign volume expands.

- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with our technical team to improve prompt structures and system rules based on German market nuances.

Qualifications

- Fluent/Native-level command of German (C2/Native) with strong professional writing skills tailored to the DACH region.

- Experience or background in content editing, digital PR, B2B marketing, or lead generation.

- Open to working with modern AI tools as daily accelerators while keeping a strict eye on quality control.

- Clear communicator with solid organizational and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to work full-time in-office from our Tunis or Djerba locations.
