Independently plan, manage, and execute IT projects
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and roadmaps
Monitor project progress regarding scope, timeline, budget, and quality
Coordinate project teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies
Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and management
Facilitate and moderate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees
Manage project controlling activities and provide regular status reporting
Support resource and capacity planning across projects
Act as a mediator between different stakeholder groups and help resolve conflicts
Foster effective collaboration within international and cross-functional teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and processes

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of hands-on experience as an IT Project Manager is mandatory
Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects
Strong knowledge of traditional and/or agile project management methodologies
Experience working with international teams and stakeholders
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Analytical mindset with a structured and results-oriented approach
Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with the Atlassian toolset, especially Jira and Confluence
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum, or similar) are considered a plus but are not required
