We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to oversee production operators, organize daily tasks, and ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and according to quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise production operators and assign daily tasks.

• Monitor work progress and ensure production targets are met.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety rules.

• Check the quality of finished parts and report any issues.

• Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and equipment.

• Report production problems and delays to the Production Supervisor.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Ensure proper communication and handover between shifts, when applicable.

• Technical or vocational training in mechanics, manufacturing, or a related field.

• Previous experience in industrial production or team supervision.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to lead a team, manage priorities, and solve problems.

• Responsible, reliable, and hands-on.

• Experience in mechanical manufacturing, metal assembly, or welding is an advantage.
