Junior Import/Export Manager

We are looking for a motivated Junior Import-Export Manager to join our Transit Department. The successful candidate will assist in managing import and export operations, ensuring accurate documentation, customs clearance procedures, transport coordination, and compliance with company procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate export operations with the Quality Team and transport providers.

• Prepare and validate invoices and update articles and prices in SAGE X3.

• Prepare and manage export documentation and declarations through TTN.

• Coordinate truck loading with customs, quality, and phytosanitary authorities.

• Check import documents, arrival notices, and shipment contents.

• Coordinate with customs officials and storekeepers to verify imported goods.

• Inform relevant departments about shipment schedules and truck arrivals.

• Ensure proper administration and archiving of import-export documents.

• Follow company HSE, environmental, and SMSDA requirements and report any incidents or non-compliance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/Bac+5) in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Initial experience or a relevant internship in import-export, transit, or logistics is an advantage.

• Knowledge of import-export procedures, customs documentation, and transport coordination.

• Basic knowledge of SAGE X3 and TTN is an advantage.

• Good command of English and French.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
