Industrial Robotics Programmer (H/F) – 6-Axis Robots | Fouchana

LRT Innovation Labs is looking for a technically skilled and motivated Industrial Robotics Programmer to support the development and optimization of our automated manufacturing processes.

Working with industrial robotic systems, particularly robotic welding and laser applications, you will be responsible for developing, programming, testing and optimizing robot programs for our production activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, modify and optimize programs for 6-axis industrial robots.

• Perform both online programming (directly on the robot controller) and offline programming using dedicated simulation software.

• Define and optimize robot trajectories, movements, positioning and operating sequences.

• Test, validate and troubleshoot robot programs to ensure accuracy, reliability and production efficiency.

• Contribute to the integration and continuous improvement of robotic applications in manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate with production and technical teams to adapt robotic programs to manufacturing requirements.

• Develop Python scripts to support programming, automation and technical workflows.

• Degree or technical background in Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

• Practical knowledge of industrial robotics, particularly 6-axis articulated robots.

• Understanding of robot programming principles and coordinate systems.

• Knowledge or experience in both online and offline robot programming.

• Basic programming skills, preferably in Python.

• Good technical problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Additional Advantages

• Previous experience programming industrial robots.

• Knowledge of robotic welding applications and welding processes.

• Familiarity with laser cutting or laser processing technologies.

• Experience with robot simulation and offline programming software (ABB RobotStudio, KUKA.Sim, FANUC ROBOGUIDE, RoboDK or similar).

• Experience in an industrial manufacturing or automotive environment.
