Emploi Tunisie » Offres d'emploi à Ennasr » UI/UX Designer — Web & Mobile (H/F) – Figma & Fluent English Required | Ennasr
MAT-IT is looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong visual design portfolio and hands-on experience designing real websites, web applications and mobile apps.
You will work closely with our technical team throughout the design process—from understanding user needs and business requirements to delivering detailed Figma designs and supporting implementation.
We welcome candidates with strong practical experience, including qualified PFE applicants. Your portfolio, design quality and experience delivering real web and mobile projects will be central to our selection.
Your responsibilities:
Translate business requirements and user needs into clear user journeys, user flows and wireframes.
Create polished, high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Design responsive websites and web applications for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Design mobile apps for iOS and Android, following platform conventions.
Create and maintain design systems and reusable Figma components.
Design complete experiences, including navigation, forms, onboarding, loading, empty, error and success states.
Gather feedback, conduct usability testing where appropriate and refine designs based on findings.
Prepare organized Figma files, assets and interaction specifications for developers.
Collaborate with web and mobile developers and review implementation quality.
Present your work, explain design decisions and participate in meetings in English.
Estimate tasks, communicate progress and meet agreed deadlines.
Figma proficiency — mandatory
Figma is our required tool for all UI/UX design work. You must have practical experience with:
Auto Layout and responsive layouts.
Reusable components and variants.
Styles, variables and design systems.
Interactive prototypes.
Clear file organization and developer handoff.
Fluent spoken and written English — mandatory
You must be comfortable participating in client calls, presenting designs, explaining your decisions and writing professional messages in English. The interview and portfolio presentation will be conducted in English.
Design skills and experience:
A strong portfolio showcasing polished, modern web and mobile interfaces, with excellent attention to typography, spacing, colour, visual hierarchy and consistency.
Previous experience designing real projects for clients, companies or products. Academic exercises and concept redesigns alone are not sufficient.
Ability to explain your individual contribution, design process and project outcomes.
Experience taking projects from requirements and wireframes to final UI designs and developer handoff.
Knowledge of responsive design, mobile interaction patterns and accessibility principles.
Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design.
Understanding of user research and usability testing.
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, usable interfaces.
Ability to collaborate with developers and account for technical constraints.
Ability to work independently on agreed tasks, respond constructively to feedback and communicate blockers early.
Additional assets:
Experience with launched websites or mobile applications.
Experience with SaaS platforms, dashboards, educational products or CMS-driven websites.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and frontend development constraints.
Experience designing multilingual interfaces, including right-to-left layouts.
Application requirements:
Please submit your application in English, including:
Your CV and portfolio link.
At least one real web project and one real mobile app project, explaining your role, showing the final designs and indicating whether each project has launched. Include live links where available.
A case study showing your design process and how feedback or testing influenced your decisions.
A viewable Figma file or prototype, where sharing is permitted.
Your earliest start date and availability.
Your internship duration and academic requirements, if applying for a PFE.
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to walk us through a Figma project and explain their contribution. Confidential work may be presented through a sanitized version.
All candidates must meet the requirements for design quality, real project experience, Figma proficiency and fluent spoken and written English. The type of engagement will be discussed during the interview. PFE applicants should be prepared to contribute to real projects with agreed supervision.
