As a Fusion QA Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated QA team responsible for validating Fusion solutions across Mobile, Web/Backend, third-party integrations, and Supported MCPTT Accessories.

You will contribute to release validation, regression testing, customer-specific acceptance activities, defect investigation, and Production-related validation while working closely with R&D, Delivery, Product, and other QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and Test Cases to ensure they are Clear, Testable, and Measurable.
• Run and validate Functional, Integration, Regression, Sanity, and Acceptance Testing.
• Validate Fusion functionality across:

• Mobile: Android, iOS, and supported devices 
• Web / Backend: Web applications, services, data flows & Sync
• Integrations: 3GPP and supported third-party clients
• Accessories: Supported MCPTT/PTT accessories and peripherals

• Maintain & improve Test Plans, Test Cases, ATPs, and Validation Evidence.
• Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps, logs, evidence, and impact assessment.
• Investigate failures across Client, Backend, Network, Integration, and Environment Layers to help isolate root cause.
• Perform defect verification and targeted regression following delivered fixes.
• Support release, patch, and customer-specific validation activities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Delivery, Product, and QA stakeholders to communicate Quality Status, Blockers, and Risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Fusion QA processes, coverage, and test assets.

Technology and Experience:

• Hands-on experience testing Mobile Applications, particularly Android & iOS.
• Experience with Web & Backend Testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
• Experience with Jira or equivalent defect-tracking tools.
• Ability to collect and analyze Application, Device, and Server Logs.
• Working knowledge of Linux Environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and validate End-To-End Workflows across multiple system components.
• Good Level of English & French.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Preferred / Plus:

• Experience with telecom, MCPTT/PTT, or Mission-Critical communication solutions.
• Understanding of telecom/network protocols such as SIP.
• Experience with 3GPP-based integrations or third-party clients.
• Experience validating hardware accessories or connected devices.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
• Experience testing large-scale or distributed systems.
