Description de l'emploi

  • Develop IT internal application to support the plant goals or improve user efficiency
  • Manage and replace the IT external maintenance company and make sure the maintenance plan is aligned with targets
  • Follow up the action plan with IT department in Altdorf related to upgrade and improvement
  • Support Aldorf IT team based on specific demand
  • Choose configuration and set up all new devices/printer/scanner based on ETA IT policy, dispose with old machines and keep the database up to date.
  • Back up then ultimately replace the actual consultant for all topics related to server maintenance, upgrade and improvement
  • Propose improvement to keep the whole IT system up to date
  • In charge of network provider contracts and market benchmarking
  • Assist the stakeholders for new software installation/new devices linked with ERP (warehouse scanners, clocking machine.)
  • ERP : study the actual system and prepare for the switch to S4/Hana
  • Make sure the whole plant is secure for IT breach or threats, train the team and check the system according to ETA rules
  • Any other topic needed on IT topic

Exigences de l'emploi

  •  Proficient in English and French
  •  Previous experience in IT management in industrial environment
  •  Skilled in application development
  •  IT language : SQL…
  •  Ability to manage IT security, IT hardware (server, switch…)
  •  Knowledge of ERP, AX and/or SAP
  •  Proactive, Autonomous, Organized and able to prioritize the actions
