We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition Representative to join our growing home and emergency services business in Ontario, Canada.

This is a customer-facing sales position focused on generating new business, developing customer relationships and identifying service opportunities.

The successful candidate will communicate directly with customers, understand their needs, introduce appropriate solutions and help convert service opportunities into completed sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new customer opportunities
• Communicate with customers in French and English
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests
• Visit customers and potential customers when required
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services
• Explain service options, pricing and available solutions
• Prepare and communicate estimates
• Follow up with customers and develop long-term relationships
• Identify additional sales opportunities
• Promote home and emergency services
• Coordinate customer requests with the service team
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information

The position combines lead generation, customer acquisition, sales and field-based customer interaction.

• Has a valid driver's licence
• Is willing to learn about technical home-service products
• Speaks French fluently
• Has good working English

Relocation to Canada
