Dracoss is looking for a creative, outgoing and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to help shape our marketing strategy and bring our products to life online.

We are looking for someone who loves social media: discovering trends, creating content, connecting with people and understanding what makes an audience stop scrolling. You enjoy turning ideas into action, starting conversations and building relationships with creators and communities.

Working closely with the founding team, you will help define our digital marketing priorities and take ownership of their daily execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing our marketing strategy: Help identify target audiences, shape our messaging and plan campaigns that support product launches, customer engagement and sales.

• Building influencer partnerships: Identify relevant creators, initiate conversations, coordinate collaboration terms, prepare briefs and manage campaigns from the first contact through to performance review.

• Creating and publishing daily Instagram content: Plan, film, edit and post Reels, Stories and other content, including product demonstrations, practical tips, customer stories and moments from life at Dracoss.

• Managing digital product content: Ensure our product visuals, videos and captions are clear, accurate, engaging and consistent with the Dracoss brand.

• Growing our community: Encourage conversations, interact with our audience and turn recurring customer questions into useful content.

• Measuring results: Track content and campaign performance, understand what drives engagement and sales, and use those insights to improve future work.

You should be comfortable approaching new people, collaborating with influencers and bringing fresh ideas to the team. We value strong communication, practical content creation skills, attention to detail and the discipline to publish consistently. Confidence on camera is a plus.
