• Prospecting and qualifying leads
• Supporting lead generation strategy
• Answering customer requests and handling complaints
• Weekly follow-up and performance reporting
• Participating in calls, micro-pitches and small public speaking opportunities
• Manage B2B and B2C prospecting
• Execute the customer relationship strategy
• Handle claims and ensure client satisfaction
• Deliver structured reporting and client follow-ups
• Speak during partner meetings or local events when needed
• Contributing to marketing or business events occasionally

• Background in associations, community work or volunteering
• Polished presentation and confident verbal skills
• Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, CRM automations)
• Fluent in French (spoken and written)
• Analytical and structured in reporting
• Honest, proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Minimum Experience in similar field (2-3 Years
